I am a Doctoral Level Trained Mental Health Specialist and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I started this work to bring mental health wellness into the workplace. I have had the opportunity to work with small and large businesses, law firms, K-12 schools and districts, and non-profit organizations.
